PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

Event owners: email address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data).

Guests: no account required. A random anonymous ID is generated in your browser (localStorage) to enable the double-vote deletion feature. We collect the photos you upload and the timestamp of upload.

2. HOW WE USE IT

Your data is used solely to operate the service — delivering the event reel, processing payment, and enabling the photo upload flow. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. PHOTOS

Photos uploaded to an event are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. During the open window, they are visible to anyone with the event link. After the window closes, they remain accessible via the permanent event link but cannot be modified or deleted.

Do not upload photos you do not have the right to share publicly.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following services to operate Unwind:

• StripePayment processing
• Cloudflare R2Photo storage
• NeonDatabase
• VercelHosting and analytics

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. RETENTION

Event data and photos are retained indefinitely to support the permanent event link. If you wish to request deletion of your event data, contact us and we will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis.
