TERMS OF USE

1. THE SERVICE

Unwind provides a time-limited collaborative photo collection tool. The event owner creates an event, sets a time window, and shares a link with guests. Photos uploaded during the window are collected into a chronological reel. Once the window closes, no further uploads or deletions are allowed.

2. PAYMENT

Each event requires a one-time payment of $5 USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. Events are activated immediately upon successful payment. No refunds are issued once an event has been created.

3. CONTENT

You are responsible for all content uploaded through your event link. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any applicable laws. Unwind does not review uploaded content proactively.

During the open window, any photo may be flagged for removal by two anonymous guests. Once the window closes, no content can be removed.

4. EXPORTS

The event owner may download a PDF reel and an MP4 slideshow after the window closes. All exported videos include a "made with unwind.cam" watermark. The event link remains live permanently for viewing.

5. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Unwind to upload illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, or content that could harm others. We reserve the right to terminate events that violate these terms without notice.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Unwind is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of content, interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected event.

7. CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
